Returns & Exchanges

At Slip, we want you to love your beauty routine, so we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used skincare and beauty tools cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the provided return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
